About the brand

Jood is an educational app built for primary, middle, and high school students, covering everything from Natural Science and Computer Science to Islamic education. Students can choose their subject and grade level, progressing at their own pace through a personalized learning journey.

Client's problem

Covering so many subjects across so many grade levels created a real UX challenge  —  especially for younger users. Too many choices, too much information at once, and no clear visual distinctions between subjects made the app feel overwhelming rather than inviting. Tracking progress across different areas was confusing, and the interface didn't clearly map out where a student was in their learning journey.

Our solution

We introduced a simple, guided onoarding that helped students pick their subject and grade level without feeling lost. We used color coding and iconography to visually distinguish subjects, and added gamification elements  —  progress bars, badges, and rewards  —  to make learning feel like an achievement rather than a chore.
