Discovery

The project begins with a client interview (business, user, product goals). We ask crucial questions to outline the project's phases. For competitor research, we analyze 3-5 competitors, reviewing their features, pros/cons, and identifying opportunities, which we present in a table for easy understanding. After thorough research, we use an Impact-Effort matrix to evaluate and present key features based on their business impact.

Strategy

After the research phase, we create 2-3 personas based on collected data, such as user types and app reviews, to highlight objectives, pain points, and motivations. We then analyze the current structure of the app and design a new sitemap. Next, we develop user flows, mapping both worst and best-case scenarios to anticipate user experiences. Also, we begin considering wireframes to visualize how features will be presented.

Ideate

Once key phases are defined, we translate the collected information into visual wireframes, always referencing the research phase for optimal development. Iterating and testing with the client is crucial, whether presenting flow-by-flow or page-by-page, balancing client preferences with design insights. To ensure clarity, we create clickable prototypes, allowing the client to experience the app.

Visuals

After defining wireframes and structure, we gather inspiration from competitors and similar industries, focusing on selecting the right colors, fonts, patterns, and design elements. Once the client approves the moodboard, we create multiple design versions for key pages. After approval, we proceed with the full app or website design. Like the wireframe stage, we create clickable prototypes that mimic a live app.

How do you handle feedback and revisions during the project?

We believe that feedback and revisions are crucial to achieving the best possible outcome in our design projects. Throughout the design process, we encourage open communication and actively seek your input at various stages. After presenting initial concepts and prototypes, we welcome your feedback and make it easy for you to share your thoughts through collaborative tools like Figma or Slack. Our process typically includes two to three rounds of revisions, allowing us to refine the designs based on your insights while ensuring they align with your vision and goals.

Do you offer different packages or custom pricing based on project needs?

We work on an hourly rate. After getting an introduction to the project/product we create an estimation on how many hours we need to deliver all the requirements and in that way the price is formed. We also have the option of a fixed monthly package where the client gets constant design support and a dedicated project manager. This package is the highest level of partnership we can offer as in that case we basically act as your design team and work closely together every day.

Do you offer development?

As a UX/UI design agency, we specialize in creating websites using Webflow, Framer, and WordPress. For more complex projects, we offer development solutions through our long term partners who specialize in that field.
