Client's problem
Managing that many channels in a single platform created serious dashboard overload. Key metrics were buried under layers of data, campaign statuses were unclear, and switching between channels caused constant confusion. The more powerful the tool became, the harder it was to actually use.



Our solution
We redesigned the interface with a clean, channel-separated layout and clearly labeled sections so users always knew where they were. We prioritized key metrics through visual charts and allowed dashboard customization. Campaign management got a unified interface with clear status indicators, making it easy to track what's running, what's scheduled, and what needs attention.
