About
Camppi was created to simplify the process of organizing and joining futsal games. Instead of relying on multiple conversations, messages, and manual coordination, players and coaches can use one platform to create games, find matches, manage teams, and keep track of schedules.
However, the existing experience was creating friction before users even got to the game. New users struggled to understand the app, finding suitable games took too many steps, and last-minute changes such as substitutions, cancellations, and rescheduling were difficult to manage.
The redesign focused on making the entire experience faster, clearer, and easier to manage, from the moment a new player joins Camppi to the moment they step onto the pitch.
Challenges
A Confusing First Experience
New users struggled during onboarding and didn't immediately understand the key features or how to get started. This created friction before they could discover the value of the app.
Finding the Right Game
Game discovery was more complicated than it needed to be. Users needed a quick way to find games that matched their location and skill level without having to navigate through unnecessary information.
