About the brand

‍Camppi is an all-in-one futsal matchmaking and management app. Players and coaches can create games, join matches, manage teams, and track schedules — everything they need to organize a game in one place.

Client's problem

Despite being built around something people love, the app was getting in its own way. New users struggled with onboarding, finding games was more complicated than it needed to be, and handling last-minute changes  —  substitutions, cancellations, reschedules  —  was unclear and frustrating. People were dropping off before they ever got to play.

Our solution

We introduced a brief, interactive onboarding that walked new users through the key features from day one. Game discovery was rebuilt with smart search and filters by location and skill level. We added clear, accessible buttons for managing schedule changes, and a quick-edit feature for player substitutions with automatic notifications to everyone involved.

Result

A smooth, frustration-free experience where players can find a game and get on the pitch  —  exactly what Camppi was always meant to be.
