‍LimoExpress is a limo and livery management platform that helps agencies run their entire operation — reservations, dispatching, drivers, vehicles, and payments — from a single system. Our role focused on the mobile experience: the app drivers and fleet managers rely on out in the field.

Client's problem

‍The challenge was designing for users who are constantly on the move. Drivers needed instant access to ride details, clear job updates, and simple status changes — without digging through unnecessary complexity. At the same time, fleet managers needed a clear overview of rides, schedules, and driver activity, all in an interface simple enough for daily use in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Our solution

‍We designed a clean, practical mobile experience built around what matters on the job: quick access to reservations, calendar views, ride details, job updates, and push notifications. Instead of a visually heavy interface, we prioritized clarity, usability, and simple actions that support real operational workflows — so decisions happen faster and confusion happens less.

Result

‍The final design extended LimoExpress beyond the back office and into the daily workflow of drivers and managers, creating a smoother connection between dispatch and the field. The app helped position LimoExpress as a complete limo management ecosystem — one connected platform where back-office teams and drivers stay aligned.
