LimoExpress is a limo and livery management platform built to help agencies manage reservations, dispatching, drivers, vehicles, payments, and daily operations from one system.
Our role was focused on designing the mobile application experience for drivers and managers, making it easier to receive ride updates, manage bookings, view schedules, track job details, and stay connected with the back-office team in real time.



The main challenge was to create a mobile experience for users who are constantly on the move. Drivers need fast access to important ride details, clear job updates, simple status changes, and reliable communication without unnecessary complexity.
The app also needed to support fleet managers with a clear overview of rides, schedules, driver activity, and key operational information, while keeping the interface simple enough for daily use in a fast-paced transportation environment.
We designed a clean and practical mobile app experience that helps drivers and managers handle daily operations with less friction. The interface was structured around quick access to reservations, calendar views, ride details, job updates, push notifications, and essential trip information.
The goal was to reduce confusion, speed up decision-making, and make the mobile app feel reliable for both drivers and fleet managers. Instead of creating a visually heavy interface, we focused on clarity, usability, and simple actions that support real operational workflows.



The final mobile app design helped extend the LimoExpress platform beyond the back office and into the daily workflow of drivers and managers. By improving access to ride information, updates, schedules, and communication, the app created a smoother connection between dispatch operations and users in the field.
It helped position LimoExpress as a complete limo management ecosystem where back-office teams and drivers can stay aligned through one connected platform.
