ClubGefühle is a travel community platform created to help solo travelers connect before and during their holidays. The platform combines a public-facing website with a mobile app experience, allowing users to discover clubs and group trips, find travel or sport partners, share experiences, and build real connections around upcoming vacations.

Our role was to shape the digital experience across both web and mobile, creating a consistent product ecosystem that makes travel discovery, community interaction, and app onboarding feel simple, social, and engaging.

The main challenge was to present ClubGefühle as more than a travel listing platform. The product needed to communicate trust, excitement, and community while making it clear how users could benefit from joining before their trip. On the website, the goal was to explain the concept quickly, highlight key app features, and guide users toward downloading the app. On mobile, the experience needed to support discovery, connection, planning, and interaction without feeling overwhelming.

We also had to ensure that the visual direction worked across different touchpoints, from marketing pages and travel listings to app screens and community-based features.

We created a unified digital experience that connects the website and mobile app into one clear product story. The website was structured to introduce the value proposition, explain the app features, showcase travel options, and create a strong path toward app downloads. For the mobile app, the focus was on making community features easy to understand, including finding sport partners, checking who is joining the same trip, using the pinboard, reading reviews, and planning upcoming holidays.

The final direction helped position ClubGefühle as a modern travel community platform where users can discover trips, connect with like-minded travelers, and feel part of the experience before they even arrive.
