About the brand

‍WarDraft is a mobile fantasy esports app for fans of Counter-Strike and Dota. Players can build their own team, compete in private leagues with friends, or go head-to-head in a global league — all from their phone.

Client's problem

The app was feature-rich, but that was also its problem. Creating teams, managing leagues, and navigating live matches all happened on the same cluttered interface. Displaying too much player data overwhelmed users, and without strong gamification, the experience felt flat and hard to get into.

Our solution

We implemented a clean tab-based navigation with clear icons and labels, a drag-and-drop team builder with visual cues, and simplified player stats that only showed deeper data when users wanted it. We also built out a proper rewards and ranking system  —  badges, progression indicators, and league milestones  —  to give users a real sense of momentum.

Result

The final product was described by the client as a "fantastic experience" that not only met expectations but exceeded them. A feature-heavy app became genuinely fun and easy to use.
